Senior International Trademark Paralegal Location: New York, NY (In-Office) Employment Type: Full-Time Starting Salary: $52,000 per year What You'll Do Provide comprehensive trademark paralegal support to attorneys. Assist with trademark filings, renewals, and maintenance . Conduct trademark research and due diligence using databases. Prepare correspondence, reports, and legal documents with high accuracy. Maintain and update case files, databases, and tracking systems . Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and external parties regarding trademark matters. Manage deadlines, filings, and compliance requirements in a fast-paced environment. Support attorneys with general administrative tasks , including calendar management. Ensure all work aligns with firm policies and legal procedures . What You'll Bring Recent college graduate with a high GPA . Relevant internships or substantive work experience preferred. Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills . Strong written and verbal communication abilities . High proficiency in Microsoft Word ; ability to draft correspondence independently. Experience with relational databases, Excel, and file management systems is a plus. High attention to detail , ability to follow instructions, and work efficiently under deadlines. Proactive, flexible, and professional with a strong work ethic. Ability to work well with all levels of staff and attorneys . Commitment of two years or more is strongly preferred. Availability to start soon and work standard hours ( Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ), with flexibility for overtime when needed. Why Join Us?
