As a Pick/Packer, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting the fulfillment process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Pick/Packer Location: Phillipsburg, NJ Pay Range: $16-16.5/hourly Shift: All shifts open What's the Job? Picking clothing items based on customer orders or production requirements Packing items carefully for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and preparation Unpacking items upon arrival to verify inventory condition Folding items neatly for packaging or storage Inspecting products for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards What's Needed?
