Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Roll Specialist to join our production team. This role is responsible for crafting high-quality pre-rolls, ensuring consistency, and maintaining compliance with state regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in cannabis production, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-tier products to consumers. Key Responsibilities Accurately weigh, grind, and roll cannabis flower into pre-rolls Ensure all pre-rolls meet quality and consistency standards Operate and maintain pre-roll production equipment Package and label pre-rolls according to regulatory guidelines Maintain a clean and organized workspace Track and record production data for inventory management Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent At least 21 years of age and able to obtain licensure through the State of New Jersey Previous experience in cannabis production or manufacturing preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of cannabis strains, potency, and product quality standards Ability to follow strict compliance and safety protocols Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package. 100% Employee Owned Company (ESOP) Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
