Director of Global Pricing
Location: United States/Remote
Following several years of sequential growth, we are recruiting
a North America Pricing Director. This is a leadership role within
the Global Pricing organization reporting directly to the head of
Global Pricing for North America. This individual will be
responsible for all pricing activity in the North American
geography including support of individual transactions,
implementing standard methodologies, hiring and training team
members, driving pricing tool adoption, assessing transactional
risk, attaining key performance indicators and instilling
discipline in the deal process. The location is flexible and some
travel will be required when it is safe to travel.
Qualified candidates will have extensive experience in pricing,
finance, transactional sales, and price to win in the technology
industry. Additionally, candidates should have experience leading
teams with multifaceted strengths, working with near shore and
offshore support organizations and in inspiring change

Demonstrates shown expertise managing pricing and profitability
efforts and teams to identify and address client needs: presenting
value propositions; running resource requirements; preparing and
coordinating sophisticated written and verbal materials; managing
project workflows and budgets.
A minimum of 20 years of experience in finance, sales and
transactional pricing in the Information Technology space.
Bachelor of Science degree in a related field
Experience working in a large global technology firm or
professional management firm
