Position Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for advancing the mission of Hearth and Home Technologies by developing, supporting, advancing, and attaining, the sales goals of the Fireside Hearth and Home Region.

 

 

Essential Functions

?      Assure attainment of Regional Sales Plan.

?      Develop and implement Regional Market Plan.

?      Assist General Manager in developing Regional Sales Forecast.

?      Responsible for the selection and hiring of builder sales representatives.

?      Assure proper on-boarding, training, and development of all FHH builder sales representatives in the region.

?      Responsible for managing Builder Sales Representatives performance and activities.

?      Oversee development and implementation of Sales and Marketing support for regional homebuilders within an assigned region.

?      Supporting HHT National Accounts Group in establishing and strengthening relationships with national homebuilders operating within an assigned region.

?      Implement and oversee HHT agreements with National Builders.

?      Direct Builder Sales Representatives to acquire and develop relationships with other trade resources within an assigned region. 

?      Support General Manager with other sales related projects as requested.

?      Facilitate and support all HHT/FHH sales initiatives (commercial and residential) within an assigned region.

?      Participate in Sales Conference Calls, Sales Meetings, and effective communication, etc.

?      Work cross-functionally with Regional leadership team to drive customer satisfaction and profitability. 

?      Document Hearth Expert Professional Builder Sales (HEPBS) ride-along assessments with Builder Sales Representatives on a quarterly basis.

?      Facilitate inter-Regional customer relationships by coordinating sales and marketing efforts with counterparts from other regions.

?      Organize, lead, and drive sales activities through utilization of CRM tool. 



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

?      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

?      Excellent group presentation skills.

?      Excellent coaching and personnel development skills.

?      Clear understanding of FHH’s New Construction selling model.

?      Ability to establish and maintain long term business relationships.

?      Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.

?      Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

?      Proficient in COGNOS, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

?      Ability to travel overnight apprx. 30%.
