FUELER & DRILLERJob Summary:Demonstrates responsibility an excellent judgment In approach to his/her work.Works in the cleaning and servicing of buses.Pumps fuel into vehicles, check all oil levels, checks all other bus system fluid levels, checks tires and air pressure. Checks for leaks of any kind or damage to the vehicle. Keeps accurate records of materials used.Enforces shop rules, maintains discipline and good work practices. Instructs subordinates on proper methods and procedures.Typical Work Performed:Pumps fuel into vehicles.-- -Checks and adds oil to engine crank case, transmission crank case and power steering.-- -Checks and adds anti-freeze to radiator when needed.-- -Checks and adds fluid to windshield washers.-- -Checks and adds air to tires when needed.Services coach lavatories.-- -Checks for leaks and malfunctions and reports same to the appropriate maintenance personnel.-- -Drills and moves buses.Steam cleans engines.Performs other duties as directed, including all work performed by subordinates.Other Requirements:A. Education & Experience: Possesses the ability to comprehend and master all requirements of this job within a reasonable time frame, plus whatever may be added to this job through technological changes.B. Licenses: Possesses a valid State driver cdl b license. Possesses all other licenses that may be required to perform the duties of this job.C. Physical: Pass a physical exam for I.C.C. drivers, have use of all limbs, good eyesight, hearing and possesses the agility and ability to do heavy lifting.D.
