Coordinates the daily staffing and coverage of the Patient Representatives, BTB (benefit time bank) requests and payroll. Assures that Patient Representatives follow all regulatory requirements of the State Department of Health. Ensures all hospital policies and procedures are followed. Reports any issues or concerns directly to the manager.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. 4-5 years of previous work-related experience. Requires analytical skills with the ability to exercise sound judgement, attention to detail and problem resolution. Exemplary writing skills required. Ability to clearly and concisely translate complex medical information into layman's terms. Must possess strong customer service, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
