Staff Needed:
Two (2) Videographers (08/15/21 - 03/15/22)
One (1) Ticket Seller (09/01/21 - 03/15/22)
Two (2) Ticket Takers (09/01/21 - 03/15/22)
One (1) Setup Attendant (09/01/21 - 03/15/22)
One (1) Score Keeper / Statistician (09/01/21 - 03/15/22)
One (1) Public Address Announcer (09/01/21 - 03/15/22)
One (1) Site Manager (09/01/21 - 05/29/22)
One (1) Clock Operator (09/01/21 - 05/30/22
Qualifications: (Ticket Seller)
* Must be available daily during the sport season on a per game
basis; various game times (typically 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm), including
weekends (10:00 am - 4:00 pm) throughout the school year
* Must have superior customer service skills
* Must have the ability to work in varying climates; including
cold, and various forms of precipitation
* Must have the ability to stand for long hours
* Process ticket sales, keeping accurate count of all transactions
and reconciliation reports
* Answer questions concerning admission fees and schedules
* Must have ability to work effectively under pressure
* Calculate mathematical computations rapidly
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in
writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the
community
Qualifications: (Ticket Taker)
* Must be available daily during the sport season on a per game
basis; various game times (typically 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm), including
weekends (10:00 am - 4:00 pm) throughout the school year
* Responsible for greeting patrons as they enter games
* Must have the ability to work in varying climates; including
cold, and various forms of precipitation
* Must have the ability to stand for long hours
* Must take tickets and tear off portion for guests to keep as they
enter
* Must stamp hands of ticket holders as they enter
* Must become familiar with facility and give direction to exits,
bathrooms, and concession stand
* Must have the ability to work effectively under pressure
* Must distribute programs/event schedules
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in
writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the
community
Qualifications: (Score Keeper / Statistician)
* Must be available daily during the sport season on a per game
basis; various game times (typically 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm), including
weekends (10:00 am - 4:00 pm) throughout the school year
* Must be available for the entire game; including overtime
periods
* Must have the ability to work in varying climates; including
cold, and various forms of precipitation
* Must have the ability to sit or stand for long hours
* Must have strong knowledge of high school football, basketball,
and volleyball including rules and positions
* Must keep accurate data for coaches and officials at home
games
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in
writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the
community
Qualifications: (Setup Attendant)
* Must be available daily during the sport season on a per game
basis; various game times (typically 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm), including
weekends (10:00 am - 4:00 pm) throughout the school year
* Must be available for the entire game; including overtime
periods
* Must have the ability to work in varying climates; including
cold, and various forms of precipitation
* Must have the ability to stand for long hours
* Setup and breakdown needed for athletic games (chairs, tables,
sound system, etc.)
* Must have common sense and reliability
* Must have ability to be spontaneous and react quickly
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in
writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the
community
Qualifications: (Videographer)
* Must be available daily during the sport season on a per game
basis; various game times (typically 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm), including
weekends (10:00 am - 4:00 pm) throughout the school year
* Must be available for the entire game; including overtime
periods
* Must have the ability to work in varying climates; including
cold, and various forms of precipitation
* Must have the ability to stand for long hours
* Must be responsible for getting all video equipment set up and
prepared before each game
* Must attend all (football/basketball) games home and away, as
instructed
* Must be familiar with Hudl software
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in
writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the
community
Qualifications: (Clock Operator)
* Must be available daily during the sport season on a per game
basis; various game times (typically 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm), including
weekends (10:00 am - 4:00 pm) throughout the school year
* Must be available for the entire game; including overtime
periods
* Must be familiar with the rules of the following sports:
Volleyball, Basketball and Wrestling
* Must know how to set the clock, start the clock, stop the clock,
how to correct the clock without losing the time, how to enter the
score; including sounding the horn at the expiration of the clock
period
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in
writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the
community
Qualifications: (Public Address Announcer)
* Must be available daily during the sport season on a per game
basis; various game times (typically 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm), including
weekends (10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) throughout the school year
* Must be available for the entire game; including overtime
periods
* Must have the ability to work in varying climates; including
cold, and various forms of precipitation
* Must have the ability to sit or stand for long hours
* Must have strong knowledge of high school football and
basketball, including rules and positions
* Must be comfortable announcing to crowds of over 1,000 people on
a microphone
* Must have ability to be spontaneous and react quickly as
appropriate
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in
writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the
community
Qualifications: (Site Manager)
* Must be available daily during the sport season on a per game
basis; various game times (typically 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm), including
weekends (10:00 am - 4:00 pm) throughout the school year
* Must enthusiastically convey the excitement of the sporting event
to the crowd; including school history, records and community
functions
* Must have the ability to work in varying climates; including
cold, and various forms of precipitation
* Must ensure that all timers, scorekeepers, ticket personnel, etc.
are present for the athletic event
* Will be responsible for supervising athletic events as assigned
by the assistant principal for athletics. Events could include any
of the following: football, soccer, volleyball, basketball,
wrestling, baseball, and softball
* Secure gate receipts and present them and all concerns to the
supervisor of athletics
* Dependable and works well under pressure with attention to
detail
* Accepts responsibility willingly with the ability to set
priorities
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in
writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the
community
Salary: As per negotiated contract
