BJ's Wholesale Club offers a collaborative, team-oriented environment where all team members can learn, grow and excel. - $500 Sign- on Bonus!!11am-7pm, must have open weekend availability Job SummaryIn this role, you will engage with BJ's Prospects and Members to promote BJ's Membership Products; enroll new members, upsell current members to higher tiers; including Rewards and Co Brand, and maximize member profiles. - In addition, ensure optimum member satisfaction and experience through the delivery of excellent Member Care and Service. - If you are highly motivated, love working with the public and have sales related experience, this is the job for you. We will train you on everything you will need to know to be successful, meet/exceed goals and grow your earning potential. This position provides a base hourly rate + commission compensation package. - Team Members:

          • Maintain visible accurate signage
          • Clean and organized, inside and out Know your Business:
            • Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department.
            • See the connection between consistent execution and the positive impact it can have on the business. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
              • Drive and promote the value of BJ's Membership and Membership Products, including benefits associated with our basic and rewards memberships options and our BJ's Perks MasterCard -
              • Actively and effectively pitch BJ's Membership Products and services to prospects and current members
              • Exhibit clear understanding of BJ's Membership and Co Brand Products
              • Meet or exceed established memberships benchmarks week over week
              • Deliver superior customer service to Members by serving as a first point of contact regarding BJ's Membership
              • Maximize membership profiles, by securing key member information and opportunity, including HHCM and supplemental assignment, app download, Email capture, Cell Number, etc.
              • Provide member with BJ's literature showcasing BJ's Products, Special Services, and offerings, including BOPIC, Curbside, etc.
              • Ensure service area, including supplies, support materials and equipment, are organized and ready for business each day -
              • Resolve Member concerns in a courteous and timely manner. Escalate issues to Manager as necessary.
              • Maintains all club policies and procedures.
              • Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
                • Demonstrated excellence in positively engaging with customers/public
                • Excellent communication skills
                • Highly motivated and driven to succeed
                • Proficient in tablets and/or mobile devices
                • Willing to learn BJ's Membership offerings to accurately convey to the member
                • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
                • Sales, hospitality and/or retail experience preferred. - Environmental Job Conditions
                  • Most of the time is spent frequently remaining in a stationary position on hard surfaces. - There may be a need to occasionally position oneself to examine or scan merchandise, including bending, handling, pulling, reaching, and/or stooping.
                  • Occasionally requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds. May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance.
                  • Located in a comfortable indoor area with infrequent exposure to temperature extremes and loud noises. There may be occasional contact with cleaning agents.
