general purpose of the position: support the brand by providing
operational excellence in the stores and offsite to elevate
customer experience and drive store productivity.
essential duties and responsibilities:
--- manage the UPS inbound deliveries monitor to prioritize the
--- ensure proper organization and accessibility of merchandise
--- be knowledgeable of stock including quantity, how many units
are on hand, what is selling and what is not
--- support floor moves and selling floor is stocked throughout the
--- conduct price changes and markdowns as necessary
--- stockroom & warehouse organization
--- maintaining all in-bound receipts
--- organization of supplies
--- audit compliance
--- back of the house and front of house stock organization
--- floor sets support in a timely and accurate manner
--- achieve shrinkage goals
--- ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 60
--- ability to load boxes in and out of delivery truck (offsite
--- must be able to work effectively under pressure in a high
energy and high traffic environment
--- available to work store schedule, as needed, including
evenings, weekends and holidays
--- standing for extended periods of time
--- bend / stoop

--- minimum 1 to 2 year experience in a retail industry of relevant
experience as a stock associate.
