This includes the Inpatients & Outpatients at their three hospitals, as well as their two Skilled Nursing Facilities.We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team with the St. Anthony Community Hospital located in Warwick, NY.     • Physical Therapist, current or pending, license in the State of New York
