CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure clinic efficiency and positive patient experiences
* Schedule new and current patient appointments
* Screen and refer incoming phone calls and clinic visitors to ensure accurate and positive clinic communication and facilitation
* Verify insurance benefits, prescriptions, and authorizations
* Oversee the collection and reconciliation of required insurance co-payments and patient private pay

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

* 1-3 years administrative/office experience in a medical field
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner
* Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task
* Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience
* Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations
* Experience using Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook programs)
* Ability to adapt and be flexible with changes in workload
