Job Overview

Working in collaboration with others, develops and administers the electronic Learning Management Systems (LMS) used for Computer based training (CBT) throughout the St. Joseph's Healthcare System. As a nurse educator, assesses learner needs, develops and writes curriculum for use in CBT; and teaches all levels of staff in the effective use of technology.

Qualifications

Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Masters in Nursing or relevant Nursing Specialty Certification in Nursing Professional development or Nursing Informatics required five to seven years of previous work related experience. Licensure required as a Registered Nurse by the State of New Jersey. Excellent writing, speaking and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work effectively with a wide range of hospital, professional, corporate and community constituencies.
