Is a directs service to patients and families waiting for services by providing emotional support and information regarding wait times and processes. Works with nursing/physician staff to control visitor flow. Resolves conflicts and complaints within their scope and refers complaints outside their scope to supervisor or manager. Completes hourly rounding in the waiting area and reports issues to the appropriate person.QualificationsWork requires a High School diploma or equivalent and less than one year of previous work related experience. Medical Interpreter Certification and CPR Certification required.
