POSITION SUMMARY:
The marketing internship will support the strategic marketing and business development team. The ideal intern is enthusiastic and willing to provide creative ideas to help achieve Balchem's goals. Duties include data analysis, strategic discussions, market research consumer and customer insights.
The internship will help you acquire marketing and business development skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies with a focus on market research and insights. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist in updating and organizing research database
  
• Be able to provide an update on all assigned tasks
  
• Collaborate with team members to understand projects needs and help come up with requested information
  
• Responsible for the completion of any assigned tasks and projects

  REQUIREMENTS:
  
  • 
    
  • Currently enrolled in college at an accredited University or completed BA or BS in Marketing or Business
    
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    
  • Relevant intern or employment experience in marketing or a related field
    
  • Attention to detail is a must
