Looking for a new and exciting career opportunity? We are actively hiring a Charter Coordinator to join our growing Business Development team at Coach USA.

Job Summary:

Coach USA is combining one of the largest managed bus fleets in North America with an expanded capability to source third-party operators in order to offer customers needed capacity on a timely basis. The Charter Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the charter trip, from quoting, confirmation, billing, fulfillment, issue resolution, to any required post-trip follow-up. The position requires demonstrated strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; possess strong organizational skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Gathering trip information from customers to determine service needs and trip viability
  
• Receiving payment and tracking compliance with terms and conditions; deposits and final payment
  
• Booking charter trips through local operating companies and/or third-party fleet operators
  
• Coordinating the fulfillment of charter bookings
  
• Monitoring progress of charter trips to ensure successful completion
  
• Advising customers of potential services issues and helping to resolve
  
• Updating customer management software to ensure accurate customer records
  
  Job Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Ideal candidate has minimum 3 years of experience in a charter operations and/or sales role within the passenger transportation industry
    
  • Able to perform in a team environment to deliver customer solutions
    
  • Excellent customer service skills
    
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
    
  • Strong problem solving abilities to find solutions to issues that arise before, during and after a charter trip
    
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
