Job Description:
Looking to hire a full-time Accounts Receivable Representative
for our Finance Department.Job Summary:You will assist with patient
accounts and reimbursement services, have a strong knowledge of NJ
Medicaid and Medicare billing guidelines/collections, and intervene
to solve difficult payment and associated follow-up problems.What
We Are Looking for:Assist and maintains appropriate internal
controls over accounts receivableAssist with and monitors accounts
sent for collection and reimbursements from insurance companies and
other third party payersReview, monitor, and evaluate third-party
reimbursement compliance and researches variancesKeep abreast of
all reimbursement billing procedures of third-party and private
insurance payers and government regulationsProcess insurance
payments to client accounts in the computerized systemIdentify,
track, and resolve payment discrepancies through claims
adjustments.Verify benefit entries to ensure accuracyContact
clients regarding outstanding balancesRespond to client billing and
statement inquiriesWhat We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree from
an accredited college or university OR Five (5) years related
experience and/or training OR Equivalent combination of education
and experienceValid driver's license is required and must be
