leading US food importer to the retail, foodservice, chain
restaurant, and manufacturing industries. - Camerican imports food
products such as frozen and canned fruits, vegetables, seafood, and
select specialty items from over 40 countries around the world.
Camerican is headquartered in Paramus, NJ, with sales offices
across the US.Camerican is seeking a highly motivated Costing
Specialist to work directly with our Sales, Procurement and
Logistics teams on the following responsibilities including but not
limited to:
Compile data needed for costing
entries in collaboration with internal partiesData entry of new
costings and pricings in ERP systemPrepare costing analysis for new
business/customer opportunitiesEnsure the accuracy of all costing
allocations in the system with supplier price changes and customer
chargesAssists Sales with optimizing margins and profitably through
various pricing opportunities and analysisSpecial projects as
assignedRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in
accounting/finance, or business-related field3 - 6 years related
experienceExcellent analytical skillsKeen eye for attention to
detailSolid communication skillsAbility to multi-task in a
fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlinesHighly proficient
