Apply systems analysis techniques and procedures, including
consulting with users to determine hardware, software, or system
Administer cloud base VoIP system, company-wide network
administration, and manage vendor relationships.
Provide technical support to end-users in a professional manner
over the phone, remotely, or in-person for a network environment
with 200+ users.
Resolve technical issues following standard practice,
Assist and collaborate on IT projects and deployments.
Travel to field offices occasionally for projects and specific
Willingness to work nights and weekends to support off-hours
migration events of mission-critical systems.
Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Information
Technology or 1 year experience.
Experience in supporting end users in a professional business
Knowledge of Windows 7, 8, 10, and strong Microsoft O365 Suites
Microsoft, CompTIA, AWS, Cisco certifications preferred.
Knowledge of Server OS: Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019
Knowledge of Windows Exchange 2013/2016/2019/365
Knowledge of Windows Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, NFS,
VPN, VOIP, Veritas
Cloud-Based technologies such as Azure and AWS, Backup Exec and
Experience with centralized antivirus and malware solutions.
Knowledge of Cloud-Based ticketing systems
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Cisco WebEx
Experience with of RDP, Dameware, Manage Engine
Knowledge of PDQ Deploy, SSCM, Windows GP, Acronis
Strong verbal and written communication skills are an absolute
