Job DescriptionSURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Shipping Associate / Delivery for a large, well-known client in Oakland, NJ. As a Warehouse Associate for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including: SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation of $16-$20/hour as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 6:00 AM-2:30 PM. Overtime is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare shipping paperwork such as labels, packing slips, and bill of lading. Coordinate with freight companies (UPS, FedEx, etc.) on customer shipments. Record the shipment in the EVS MRP system.
• Receive incoming shipments, un-package, visually inspect and record the receipt in the EVS MRP system. Stage parts in the appropriate location.
• Maintain the accuracy of the stockroom and inventory racks.
• Package parts in preparation for outside services and coordinate with vendors on trucking schedule.
• Pick up and deliver parts at outside vendors when required.
• Build shipping crates as needed.
• Maintain physical inventory.
• Frequent use of forklift and pallets jacks.Requirements:
• Has a minimum of a High School diploma/GED plus 1+ years of shipping and receiving experience.
• Attention to Detail and Organized.
• Intermediate computer skills and knowledge.
• Previous MRP system experience preferred.
• Excel knowledge.
• Forklift experience is preferred, but willing to train
• Ability to multitask.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be a supportive team member who works collaboratively within a group, and also can work independently.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with a positive, open attitude
