Job Description:
Osem-Nestl-- USA is a 100% subsidiary of Nestl-- We are a stand

Sponsorship.Position SummaryEnsure that finished goods are
available on time, at the right quantity to meet customer demand,
and with high freshness while minimizing logistic cost. Guardian of
the DSP process in Osem USA and ensure alignments with the support
of the sales managers and forecasting. Contribute to tactical (12 -
18 months). Business Planning via monthly detailed planning and
weekly orders.Supply Planning from Osem:Follow-up on orders for net
requirement calculation and deployment (e.g. Process monthly
Requirement plan (Purchase Forecast)Monitor production schedule to
assure on time deliveryLoad planning: Plan and optimize mixed loads
taking into account transportation constraintsGenerate Demand Plan
& orders and key them in SAP for the whole planning
horizonChallenge and support Demand Planner (Forecasting) to
improve Demand Planning AccuracyExceptions management: Analyze
exceptions, to take business decisions (based on priorities or
after arbitration) and to adjust planning results
accordinglyMonitor and analyze inventory levels and production plan
versus actual, identify areas of possible improvement and take or
propose appropriate measuresSupply planning with
Co-manufacturers:Challenge manufacturing on regular basis to manage
lot sizes, cycle times and Finished Goods inventory levels, to
drive optimum FG inventory level. Monitor production schedule to
assure on time deliveryMake sure that all incoming data for FG are
consistent: Stock, Demand Plan, Material numbers, ---Monitor
capacity utilization at mid & long-term to support management
decision for alternative sourcing scenarios, promotions and or new
businessCreate a feasible mid-term production plan for 3rd party
co-manufacturers, taking into account stock policies, critical
resource and current stock levelMonitor and analyse inventory
levels and production plan versus actual, identify areas of
possible improvement and take or propose appropriate measuresStock
of Finished Product:Establish stock policies for Finished Goods
with receiving WH. Review stock level to pro-actively look for
solutions in case of deviations to minimize OOS and write
offsMaterial Master Data :Ensure that Material Master data in SAP
are correct and updatedEvent Management :Drive and manage all
Product Change Projects of the portfolio by ensuring smooth and
fast processing of all activities required in SAP in-order to
achieve first time right Quality, Speed to Market and Cost
Savings.Main contact for FDA/FSVP programMeetings:Lead weekly and
ad hoc conference calls with Osem and Co-Man and key contact
persons.Communicate with Sales Managers, Brand Manager, Logistics
Coordinator on activities and customer requirementsBi weekly
meetings with Osem export coordinator to address any issues,
special request and/or escalationsQualifications:College degree or
engineering degree in Supply Chain.2 - 3 years' experience in
supply planning and/or logisticsGood knowledge of SAP
