Potential:Requisition #: 69282The Role at a Glance:As a Sr.
Analyst, Business Analyst, you will be a collaborative,
solution-oriented team member that is passionate about enhancing
data analytics and the reporting experience for varied user groups
across Lincoln Financial Distributors. In this role, you will work
to develop and streamline global processes and reporting for the
preparation of analysis, data, reports, dashboards, KPIs, and
presentations.#LI-RemoteWhat you'll be doing:
- Generating standard or custom reports summarizing business,
financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers,
clients, and other stakeholders.
- Synthesizing current business intelligence or trend data to
support recommendations for action.
- Providing data-driven insights and reporting to key
stakeholders across all levels of the organization by managing
campaign segmentations and integrating data and analytics.
- Optimizing existing Tableau, MicroStrategy dashboards with a
focus on integrity, usability, performance, flexibility,
testability, and standardization.
- Maintaining a library of model documents, templates, or other
reusable knowledge assets.
- Creating business intelligence tools or systems, including
design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs
- Providing technical support for existing reports, dashboards,
or other tools.
- Creating data visualizations for all analytics deliverables
including cohorts, segmentation, and producer profiling.
- Synthesizing complex information and performing analysis by
processing data, reconciling against multiple data sources/systems,
while being creative in finding new ways to efficiently manage,
present & interpret.
- Setting up a Data Integration Layer by consolidating data from
multiple data sources ensuring data consistency and data quality by
handling basic data cleansing and standardization of data
elements.What we're looking for:Must-Haves:
- 4 years/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS,
Engineering, or related quantitative coursework. Relevant
coursework must have a concentration in analytics, statistical
modeling, or related quantitative disciplines.
- 7+ years of experience in a reporting, analytical and/or data
role
- Strong SQL experience and familiarity with data warehouse
structures and concepts; including structured and semi-structured
data
- Experience with marketing analytics, digital marketing, and
related dataNice-to-haves:
- Advanced technical skills such as Python, Dataiku
