Job Description:
-Responsible for optimal solution design and ensure it meets the
client's business need
-Work closely with stakeholders within each Command to identify
their workflow processes and business challenges to create a
Business Requirements document and project plan with the goal of a
successful implementation.
-Develop a strategy for each engagement by identifying their
critical success criteria, measurable milestones, potential risks,
and develop a Memoranda of Understanding.
-Lead Command teams through the implementation via hands-on,
end-to-end, configuration, and testing.
-Manage tasks for integrations, data conversion, planning/testing,
and end-user training.
-Implementation/configuration of UKG PRO for each Command and
working with HR Program Manager and other SME's for configuration
of other UKG Modules (e.g., T&A, Benefits Enrollment,
Recruitment/Onboarding, etc.)
-Ensure 100% quality on each delivery using standard testing
methods, validation, and user acceptance testing
-Translate the functional and technical requirements into business
document. Responsible for preparing test scripts; training
materials for UKG Pro and maintaining required checklists.
-Responsible for overall project management, stakeholder management
and customer management
-Consistent engagement with various levels such as Cabinet Levels,
Command Leadership, IT, Operation heads, SME's at the Command
during engagement
-Share best practices by incorporating and providing key learnings
from prior implementations.
-Identify, document, communicate and address issues as they arise
with the HR system.
-Prepare updated project reports to ensure all stakeholders are
informed of status.
-Successfully partners with the HRIS Director, Operations and
Maintenance to transition fully implemented Command to this area as
well as work on continual improvement process to ensure data
accuracy and reliability, leveraging system functionalities and
servicing users' needs.
-Partnering with the Director, Operations and Maintenance to
coordinate efforts in implementing HRIS system configuration
changes, upgrades, HR systems configuration projects and
enhancements.
-Develops operational guidelines for administrators and staff.
-Work with PMO Support who will ensure that all parties are meeting
deliverables as well as ensure vendor management and third-party
delivery dependencies are met on a timely basis.
