Business Analyst (Customer Acquisition and Services) At Polestar

directly support the needs of our North American Digital Team. Let
us describe the challenge we offer As a Business Analyst on the
Customer Acquisition and Services (CAS) team, you will team up with
the digital product team and business stakeholders in building
state-of-the-art digital products to meet the needs of the North
American market. You will also work as a liaison among different
stakeholders in order to understand their viewpoint, to ensure
close alignment among stakeholders and the vision set by the
Digital Product Manager. In addition, this role provides context
around market, competitive intelligence and customer needs and pain
points, to help the team define the work at hand. As such, you will
play an important role in ensuring the team is aligned, especially
across competence areas. Polestar's digital department is a key
enabler of the entire business, leveraging best-of-breed technology
to create critical digital products across several domains. Digital
Customer Acquisition and Services is responsible for the delivery
of customer-facing digital solutions focused on attracting new
customers, as well as internal tools enabling Polestar staff to
meet customers in the most efficient and user-friendly manner. The
digital products you will be working with in the role of CAS
Business Analyst include: polestar.com with its underlying CMS,
test drive, CRM, and event management. What you'll do * Work
closely with Polestar teams cross-functionally to document
requirements, workflow charts and system diagrams; studying system
capabilities and writing specifications * Collaborate on joint
development projects with Polestar digital teams in Europe *
Provide technical business analysis support to Polestar North
America digital team, contributing to all phases of product and
project lifecycles. * Responsible for liaising between business
users and technologists to exchange information in a concise,
logical, and understandable way in coordination with the digital
team. * Support your team with executing the digital strategy,
providing fact-based analysis of the business/digital environment
for the specific digital product, service, or platform, utilizing
information gathered from a variety of resources and channels. *
Identify process gaps and improve systems by studying current
practices and designing modifications. * Prepare technical reports
by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. *
Partner with the Digital Product Manager and software engineers in
feature creation and acceptance criteria, communicate trade-offs
effectively with various competence groups (Service Designers,
UX/UI Designers, Engineers, etc.) Who you are * 3+ years of
demonstrated experience working in digital or IT related projects.
* Bachelor's Degree in business, information systems, computer
science or related degree. * Experience documenting business and
software requirements with multiple methodologies and tools;
understanding of best practice in UI/UX design. * Solid knowledge
of SDLC (Waterfall and Agile) development methodologies. *
Experience in various software platforms including SaaS, Custom
software development and out of the box software products. Previous
experience working with web development and CRM is advantageous. *
Software development and/or UX/UI experience is a plus. * Must
possess technical knowledge around product architecture,
application integration and API connectivity. * Experience working
closely with software engineers * Proven ability to set
expectations, manage deadlines and hold individuals and teams
accountable for meeting critical milestones. * Strong communication
and leadership skills. * Passion to challenge the status quo, find
new solutions and drive out of the box ideas - loves and embraces
change. * Experience working with international teams is plus
