Position: Report Development AnalystPosition Type: Temp to PermLocation: Mt. Arlington, NJ (hybrid), 1 day/week required onsiteHours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - FridayIndustry: Pharmaceutical/Medical deviceAs Report Development Analyst and member of the Compliance Advisory Service's Global Regulatory Team you will be directly responsible for helping to support the enhancement of the ComplianceReportingID (MCR) reports, always ensuring the reports align with current laws and regulations and are available to customers within the system on a timely basis. In this role you will work across technology platforms and with all groups within the company, including Aggregate Spend, Development, Sales, and Product Specialists, to enhance the company's aggregate spend solutions. You will also help support additional compliance projects and educational initiatives for MCA.What the License Report Development Analyst is doing:* Report Developmento Research and understand existing and future regulations impacting transparency compliance.o Support the Report Development Lead to help define reporting regulatory requirements and ensure the requirements are implemented correctly and participate in testing system changeso Assist with maintaining the report development schedule.o Work with the MCA team and MCR Product Lead and Development to support ways to streamline report development and testing processes.o Assist the Aggregate Spend teams to respond to customer regulatory questions, particularly as they pertain to MCR report functionality and potential enhancements.o Assist the Report Development Lead and MCR Product Lead to support system changes or enhancements that are required to fulfil new/updated reporting requirements.o Help create Release Notes for report updates in MCR for review and distribution by the MCR Product Lead and/or customer communication lead.* Training and Resource creationo Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation and training materials to resources and customers, including but not limited to User Manuals, Task Guides, How to Files, report cover letters, Customer Playbooks.o Participate in any necessary training with resources and customers related to reporting, account management, and other best practices.* Testingo Support and participate in the testing process for all reports developed or changed.What experience we are looking for:* Bachelor's degree required in any discipline with strong record of academic success in business, technology, and/or compliance coursework* Minimum of 2-4 years of related job experience* Proven ability to perform in a customer facing role.* Proficiency with systems and data -Excel, Microsoft Office, tools such as Jira and Confluence preferred.* Knowledge of SQL is a plus but not required.* Pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience is a plus but not required.Home office set-up requirements:* Quiet and professional place to work with no distractions* All equipment will be provided* Must have high speed internet accessJersey Staffing and our Client are Equal Opportunity Employers.**Please note, Jersey staffing does not currently have any mandatory vaccination policies for COVID-19.
