Description: Maintenance/Custodian/Janitor

A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.

Looking for maintenance support staff to work in various clients including non-profit organizations and schools. Must be open to both short and long term temporary assignments.

Responsibilities:

Basic cleaning on any of floors of the building including restrooms
Perform routine cleaning duties (i.e., regular dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, and garbage disposal, etc.)
Reports all facilities or maintenance issues and hazardous conditions to the Facilities Manager or designee in a timely manner


Experience & Skills:

Excellent time management
Attention to detail
Ability to follow directions and established procedures
Minimum of 6 months experience is required
