DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Your primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the
evaluation, examination, and enhancement of maintenance operations
in Philadelphia County, in accordance with management objectives
and department policies and procedures. You will assess work plans
to guarantee a well-rounded program and the availability of labor,
materials, equipment, and funds necessary for completion.
Adjustments to work plans will be made as needed. Data from the
Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) Plant Maintenance and
Roadway Management Systems will be assessed and analyzed to ensure
program objectives are achieved and system control is maintained.
The accuracy of foreman payrolls will be reviewed, and support for
payroll will be provided. Reports will be utilized to monitor work
data, such as completed production units, man-hours utilized,
equipment usage, and material consumption, and any discrepancies
will be resolved to meet work plans.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employmentWork
hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute
lunch.Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this
position. Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:One year
of experience as a Technical Assistant (Commonwealth job title or
equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the
Office of Administration); orOne year of experience in analysis of
data utilized in planning and scheduling of work, materials and
equipment and graduation from high school or GED equivalent; orAn
Associate's Degree in a field of Business Administration, Computer
Science, Highway Engineering Technology or other closely related
program; orAny equivalent combination of experience and
training.Applicants will be considered to have met the educational
requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a
qualifying degree.
