Our Senior Consultants reduce costs and support innovation by managing business requirements and leading functional design, prototyping, and process design stages of Oracle Cloud implementations. Responsibilities include:

• Client Management: Manage interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Delivery: Manage and deliver components of client engagements, including requirements gathering, design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
• Business Development: Maintain contact with decision-makers, lead pursuit teams, and contribute to proposal development and pricing strategies.
• People Development: Act as counselor and coach, participate in staffing, and support delivery teams and staff.The TeamOur Oracle services focus on transforming businesses to improve performance and value through Oracle solutions.   • Functional implementation experience with 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
  • 4+ years' experience with Oracle SCM modules like Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and others.
  • Experience defining system strategy, gathering requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, process design, configuration, testing, and training.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% based on client needs.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Bachelor's degree.Preferred:
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills (MS Visio, PowerPoint).
    • Problem-solving skills with mature judgment.
    • Advanced degree in relevant field.
