Job Description Seeking Full-Time Customer Experience Representative for Opportunity with Growing Company Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service? Restoration 1 (https://www.restoration1.com/) is currently seeking a full-time adaptable, detail-oriented, and motivated Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Denville, NJ. We are seeking someone who shows a true passion for their work and embraces our mission of excellence in home services. Position Overview: The Customer Experience Representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, emails and responding to concerns. They are the front line of support for customers, helping to ensure customers are satisfied with their experience from the beginning of the claim until the mitigation and or reconstruction is complete. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the entire cycle of a project from a customer experience perspective from start to finish Assist with the account set-up of new client relationships in all required portals Inform the customer of the status of the job with periodic updates on an as needed basis and when new information pertaining to the job arises Be the direct point of contact for customers including but not limited to answering phone calls, emails, responding to questions or concerns and walking the customer through the mitigation/reconstruction process with the utmost professionalism Liaise with the customer and Project/Production/Construction Manager to gather details on the job status and relay all pertinent information to the customer Ensure all concerns are resolved to the customers--- satisfaction and the company---s reputation is preserved Keep accurate and timely records and documentation of all communications with the customer and relay any pertinent feedback to the Project/Production/Construction Manager Provide check in calls with customer to determine if there are any concerns, issues or questions regarding the days activities; frequency dependent upon phase of project Ensure all contracts are signed and saved in the customer opportunity Review Accounts Receivable balances, contact customers via phone and email to facilitate payments, and collect payment Work with customer to secure payment when 3rd party has been included Assist customer with information on how to proceed with reconstruction efforts Deliver excellence in customer service while exceeding the customer---s expectations Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and insurance adjusters Assist other staff with various office tasks as needed Benefits: Generous and competitive compensation Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Health (with portion paid by employer) Dental, vision, and life insurance offerings 401(k) with 4% company match Qualifications : One-year relevant experience in an Office, Administrative, or Collections role Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be professional while maintaining sensitivity to the needs of our clients Critical-thinking and problem solving skills. Proven ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
