to global enterprises. We're seeking a high-performing Sales
Development Representative to join our U.S. sales sourcing team and
help fuel our growth in the commercial interiors and real estate
sector. Job Summary: As an SDR, youll be the first point of contact
for potential clients. Youll generate interest, qualify leads, and
schedule meetings for our business development team. Your work
directly impacts revenue and helps shape the future of commercial
spaces across the U.S. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound
prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate
qualified leads. Identify decision-makers in startups, mid-sized
businesses, coworking spaces, and corporate offices. Introduce
Flipspaces offerings and gather preliminary information. Maintain
accurate lead data and activity tracking in CRM systems and Google
Sheets Share qualified leads with the business development team for
follow-up and conversion. Collaborate with marketing for targeted
campaigns and lead nurturing. Consistently achieve and exceed
weekly/monthly KPIs. Reconnect with dormant or cold leads for
reactivation. Requirements: 13 years of experience in outbound
sales, real estate, design services, or B2B lead generation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail. Compensation &
