Dorrit Emerich State Farm is seeking a Customer Retention Specialist who excels at delivering exceptional service while confidently identifying in-book sales opportunities. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who understands that strong service builds trustand trust leads to growth. You will work closely with existing customers, managing renewals, handling service requests, and conducting proactive coverage reviews to ensure clients are properly protected. The right candidate can pivot naturally from service conversations into meaningful recommendations that strengthen accounts.
