YOU ARE This position is a part-time, casual status role in the RMS
Global Sustainment (GS) functional organization, reporting to the
GS Director for Sensors, Effectors and Mission Systems (SEMS). The
successful candidate will support the SEMS GS Director and his team
of market segment Program Integrators/Logistics Project Managers
(LPM) in the development, capture, and implementation of
sustainment strategies across the Line of Business. This can
include Mission Systems and Weapons (MSW), Radars, Electronic
Warfare, and Acoustic Sensors (REAS), and Autonomy, Intelligence
and Maritime Solutions (AIMS). Key tasks and responsibilities can
include: • Support SEMS LPMs with reviews of market segment Long
Range Plans (LRP) and Strategic Capture Plans and with
identification of critical sustainment opportunities • Assist with
capture reviews and proposal kick-offs • Review customer Requests
for Proposals and associated capture documentation, and support the
development of GS estimates in partnership with the GS Centers of
Excellence (COE), and in accordance with RMS Command Media for
sustainment • Draft statements of work/ sustainment requirements
for subcontractors • Assist with authoring sustainment content for
proposal submittals (Technical or Management Volumes, Integrated
Support Plans, etc.) • Prepare presentations and progress reports

package Basic Qualifications - Bachelors degree or higher from an
accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent
experience/combined education with 4 years of professional
experience - Excellent interpersonal skills and customer interface
experience - Excellent experience with MS Office Products (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, and Project) - LM Capture experience with
sustainment cost estimating and proposal writing - Must be able to
obtain & maintain a Secret level clearance Desired skills -
Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities - US DOD or
International logistics/ sustainment program execution experience -
Familiarity with Integrated Logistics Support/ the 12 DoD product
support elements - Familiarity with ILS related tools and 1LMX
technologies - Proposal cost estimating and technical volume
authoring - Earned Value Management (EVM) experience - Scheduling
and Resource planning experience - Experience as a team lead

Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position
will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed
Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a
Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings. Work Schedule
Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work
schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week
while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide
employees with additional time away from the office and are in
addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance
Information This position requires a government security clearance,
you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Pay Rate: The annual
base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts,
and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado,
Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont,
Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life

applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at

for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of
Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually;
receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave,
and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the
calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major
metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is
$120,100 - $208,150. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
