Position: Mental Health Worker (Bachelor Level) Location: Wayne County, PA Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 Stay Bonus: Additional $1,000 paid in increments over your first 6 months About the Role: As a Mental Health Worker , you will: Provide therapy and case management to children and their families in their home or community Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Support clients with co-occurring mental and behavioral health needs Work flexible hours that align with client needs (day, evening, and/or weekends) Why Join Us? Team-focused environment with supervision towards licensure Training through the Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center toward certification in the Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy Model Opportunity to make a meaningful impact supporting children and families Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Nursing, Rehabilitation, Theology, Anthropology, or any Human Services field Minimum 2 years of experience in a Children & Adolescent Social Service Program (CASSP) Valid State Driver’s License Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. and perform light physical tasks Must be able to squat, kneel, crouch, climb, and stoop Ability to demonstrate CPR proficiency from the floor level Key Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to engage children and families from diverse backgrounds Knowledge of therapy techniques for complex family systems Documentation and case management proficiency Ready to start your career making a real impact in your community?
